Preliminary version. The final legal document, aligned with the Swiss Code of Obligations and EU directives, is being finalised and will replace this text in the next release.
1. Site operator
The site jigen.ch is operated by Jigen Sagl, registered office at Via Arboi 25, 6534 S. Vittore (GR), Switzerland. Commercial register: CHE-123.456.789.
2. Permitted use
Published content (text, images, code, diagrams) is owned by Jigen Sagl or by the respective authors. It is granted for reading for personal and non-commercial professional use; any reuse, redistribution or derivative work requires written authorisation.
The "Jigen" mark, the logo and the AURORA agent are the exclusive property of Jigen Sagl.
3. Content and accuracy
Published case studies are presented in anonymised form or with the explicit consent of the clients. KPIs and metrics are measured in production and stated to the best of our knowledge at the time of publication.
Jigen Sagl does not guarantee the absence of errors or omissions: content is provided "as is" and does not constitute professional, financial or legal advice.
4. Contact form
Submitting the contact form implies acceptance of the privacy notice. The data collected is used solely to reply to the request.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Swiss law, Jigen Sagl is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from use of the site, inability to access it, or reliance on the published content.
6. Jurisdiction
Any dispute relating to this site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of Chur (Grigioni, Switzerland). Swiss law applies.
7. Changes
Jigen Sagl may update these terms at any time. The date of last modification is indicated in the frontmatter.
