30/60/90 Roadmap
Execution plan over three horizons: what we ship in the first 30 days (quick wins), what within 60 (critical systems), what within 90 (consolidation). Every item has owner, estimated cost and dependencies.

How much does an Obsolescence Audit cost?
Pricing is on request: it depends on the number of processes to map and the complexity of internal stacks. We provide a fixed quote within 48 hours of the preliminary Brief. No hidden costs, no overruns.
What data do you need to see?
Read access to the relevant operating systems (ERP, CRM, ticketing, spreadsheets). Mutual NDA signed in Phase 1. We work under the Swiss Data Protection Act and we do not move data outside your systems.
What happens after delivery?
You are free to execute the roadmap in-house, with another vendor or by coming back to us for the 21-day Jigen sprint. All deliverables are yours, in standard formats, with no proprietary dependencies.
Do you only work in Switzerland?
Registered and operating office in Grigioni, but we serve clients in Switzerland, Italy and Europe. Interviews are remote; the final presentation can be on-site on request.
